This package is designed to get youth athletes ready for their next season by focusing on improving speed and agility, strength, explosiveness, mobility, and flexibility. The program includes pre-and post-performance testing, so you can see the results of your hard work. Individual athlete programming will be based on age, skill, and sport, ensuring that each athlete gets the attention and training they need to succeed.

Personal Training


Personal Training is the perfect package for anyone who wants to work one-on-one with a trainer to develop a personalized training plan that focuses 100% on their desired fitness and health goals. Our Small Group Training allows you to work with a personal trainer in a small group setting of up to 4 clients, still receiving the same personalized attention and benefits at an affordable cost. If you prefer to work out on your own, we offer customizable Online Personal Training programs which are available in 4, 8, or 12-week increments.


Adult Group Class

Our Adult Group Class is perfect for those who love to work out in a group setting. Our high-intensity interval training classes are designed to improve strength, cardiovascular health, weight loss, and muscle building. You'll enjoy the benefits of a motivating and fun environment, with a dynamic warm-up, strength training, cardio, core work, and static stretching. Pre-testing is included with this package, so you can track your progress and see your improvements over time.

Nutrition Consultation

Finally, we offer Nutrition Consultation for athletes and general population looking to lose or gain weight. Our staff will work with you over the phone or in person to calculate how many calories, grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat you should be eating each day based on your gender, age, height, weight, activity levels, among other factors. This service will help you understand the fundamentals of proper nutrition, and give you the tools you need to fuel your body for maximum performance.
